You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted for any reason. 3. All course fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. 4. Cancellation - FUNKY PLAY BRICKS reserves the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In the event of which, either a credit will be given or an alternative session will be offered by lieu. 5. Funky Play bricks reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate. 6. All Funky Play Bricks staff are approved and police checked through the criminal records bureau. 7. On occasions, Funky Play Bricks or their representatives may take photographs/filming's for promotional purposes only. 8. I agree to receiving texts and/or emails regarding Learning Through Sport Limited sessions and clubs. If not please email admin@funkyplaybricks.co.uk to be removed. 9. Funky Play Bricks do not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects. 10.
